Simple Italian red for pizza night. Very tight at the beginning and almost astringent, but it began to open up after about 30 minutes. Not a lot of character (moderately gamey) but decent for the price point. Better on night two.

Red berries hot dogs and grout to the nose. Unripe red berries, chalk, oragano to the palate. High acids with med finish.
