Dark and fruity. Babs likes it more than me. (2nd bottle - drank August 2026 also grew on me. I like it better. Still a simple Tuscan wine, but has more body and layers than the less expensive wines I’m used to drinking. Would get again.)

v16. Very good! Soft smoked meat nose. Rich, deep, cherry fruit. Slightly tart, dry, astringent, dried herb and zippy finish. Nicely balanced.

Pretty good for not being a fan of Italian wines. Dark red color. Medium plus depth. Dark Cherry fruit and graphite tones. Decent tannins as one would expect. Went great with meatballs and tagliatelle bolognese as one would expect :)
