This was right in its prime. Brunello at its finest. Burnt sandalwood and rich blackberry drive the palate. The finish has medium acidity and and soft tannins. Just delicious

Excellent balance between fruit and oak. Might still benefit from 1-2 years in the cellar but very very enjoyable already.

2007 vintage, from our trip over there in 2013! A nice bottle to enjoy today with a little pasta and gravy 😊 Mikey! Nice nose on the open, a little lighter in color, bur tasting plenty yummy! Should only get better as it opens up.
