Dairyman Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

More of an earthy Pinot. Some other dark fruit characteristics.

Violet, velvet and plums on the nose. Very smooth palate, with medium body, dark red fruits, black cherries, and almost a meaty, bloody finish. Interesting and unique, even the color is mostly purple with a hint of maroon.

Paired w/arugula salad and duck breast, mandarin oranges, and luxardo cherry vinaigrette

First sip good full body complex flavors. One hour breathing in bottle made it a fantastic bottle

Boysenberry and mushroom.

Favorite! RRV Pinot Noir! Always a pleasure to drink.
