Per Nats are so cool. This one is a Riesling from NY finger lanes. Honey and honeysuckle on the nose with nice apple minimality. Loved it with basil/lime mussels!

Very cider like, dry and tart with a more floral (honeysuckle, orange blossom?) nose — at least at first. Good with sushi!

Distinctly reminiscent of biting into a watermelon blowpop. Cidery, quirky as all hell. Finger lakes pet nat. Later note, drink in a quick span, time is not a friend, nosedives quick. delicious in the ephemeral half hour, great for a share to start.

The wine I am rating is the Still wine version. Beautiful apple, flowers and wonderful petrol on the nose. Apple and wet slate on the pallet. Excellent minerality and bracing acidity. There is a bit of residual sweetness. Tastes like a German Riesling! One of the better FLX Rieslings I have tasted to date.
