This wine is cray — intensely spicy, tropical, grassy aromas reminiscent of an IPA. But on the palate more like a funky sour beer with a floral note pervasive. Purty interesting! — 7 years ago
Pretty red and purple fruits with some herbal and baking spice notes. More restrained Pinot than most from DeLoach! — 7 years ago
Normally a 15% abv wine would turn me off but this 13 year old Quintarelli is divine. Anise, plum with a spicy herbal kick! — 7 years ago
Pear, peach, orange blossom & wet stone coming in below 11% abv. Lip-smacking #acid #winestudy — 7 years ago
Lemon-lime zestiness mixed with brioche notes and a medium finish. Good value for a vintage French sparkler! — 7 years ago
Classic tar & roses. Black tea, dusty earth, tannins starting to smooth after 13 years. — 8 years ago
My favorite of my company’s domestic Chards by a mile! A wine to please CA Chard poo-pooers with green apple, ripe peach, a touch of brioche and acid for days... Should be enjoying it with the salmon I have in the fridge with some kind of cream sauce but stuffed from a delicious work lunch and the bottle was open from a tasting. #winemarketinglife — 7 years ago
Cranberry, lapsang souchong tea, orange rind. Needs rustic food... — 7 years ago
I admit I opened this tonight cuz I was tired of the bottle not fitting in my racks. Was rewarded with a petroleum, chamomile tea component that complemented lemon meringue and lively acidity. — 8 years ago

Straw yellow colors with a minerally citrus nose and salty Asian pear palate. Blend of Fiano & Greco. Went well with homemade cream of mushroom soup topped with Dungeness crab!
