Stunning. Dusty attic nose. Great tannic structure. Slight grip to it with black currant and subtle cherry palate

Classic tar & roses. Black tea, dusty earth, tannins starting to smooth after 13 years.

Still tightly wound. Initial impression was all tannin and acid. Decanted and an hour later the fruit came out and every thing balanced out. Beautiful aromas. Wonderful length. We nursed it through dinner and the last glass was worth the wait. Perfect condition.

Dry, subtle fruit. A lot if forest floor.

Classic Barolo. Florals, black tea, and cherries. Omnipresent tannins, but very drinkable. Those tannins seem to expand with air.

This opened nicely from the first pour. Aromatics were lovely. The palate had soft tannins and showed cherries and roses with a deliciously long finish. Perfectly balanced and drinking beautifully now.
