Fond of these wines, although this bottling is becoming rather expensive. Not much complexity.

Citrus and rocks. Lovely. Great value.

Crushes rocks, white peach, green almond, fennel fronds, lemon zest and blossoms. Saline, slight smokiness, very mineral. Can taste the sun but feel the elevation of the vineyard, square and structural, not plush or round or easy to understand. Sang with white pizzas

Very dry and crisp green apples, slight saline, very fresh and lively.

Brine, citrus, mineral. Pared well with swordfish pomodoro.

Lovely wine. A bit lemony. High acid. Long finish.

Austere and stony/volcanic, with a citrusy acidity. Pairs well with light seafood.

Very, VERY nice. Mellow, no floor polish, quite quaffable

Bottle brought back from Sicily. Bit of bitterness hinting lime, lemon zest but also flavours of stone fruits. Flinty mineral reminds the volcanic soil of this region. Short finish, good food wine.

Sea breeze and volcanic rock. 100% carricante, medium acid, beautiful salinity, minimal fruit but a lot of wet rock. Perfect shellfish wine.
