Super light color. Very fragrant. Sour cherry, wet earth, spice, cracked stone. Very reminiscent of Pinot. A touch of VA, but not so much as to detract. Brambly and savory in the mouth, with more flavor intensity than the color suggests. Nice finish, with the fruit showing up mid-way through.

Dead & orange/brown already. No enjoyment. Recommend drinking immediately on release. Dumped whole bottle.

If I have to Let it Bleed, I’d like to bleed Tissot Poulsard. Wine is deceptively light colored as it boasts powerful red berries & some grippy tannins. This album grips you from start to finish. Perfect Saturday night.

Good ol' poulsard at Sitka, KL. Perfectly paired with the mod asian feed. Crunchy, juicy red fruits, with some olive tapenade and mineral tones. Surprised at the structure.
