Apr 14th, 2016Another disappointing Cava. Clear straw yellow color with slight bubbles. Fruity off nose. The palate shows light fruit flavors mostly of apples and peaches. Ok mouth feel with lively acidity lacking finesse or complexity. Save a few $$ get Freixenet.
