First bottle #premox second bottle outstanding. Yellow core (first bottle golden) delicate notes of cooked apple and pear, hazelnuts, brown sugar, and white mushrooms. Palate was still tight and took about 1 hour to fully wake up. Great complexity and balance. A delicate but lengthy finish. #dugatpy #meursault #chardonnay #burgundy #ctbucklinwine
