Syrault

Deep purple in color; violets, black tea, and plums on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes like tart cherries, red currants, wild berries, and wet slate with a long finish. This wine surprised me. It's really good, but not what I expected. It's really fruit forward and floral. The acidity and tannins build over time.
