Testamatta from Bibi Graetz, the winery in Fiesole, near Florence, founded in 2000. This Testamatta is a 100% Sangiovese, true to its terroir. It is a very rich, minerally and pure wine, with lots of dark red fruit, very much alive after 14 years. Perfect now.
