Extremely pale salmon with an expressive red fruit and floral nose. The nose is mainly at cherry with hints of strawberry, rhubarb and pomegranate. Very smooth on the palate with red cherry backed by tart rhubarb. Finishes crisp and tart. A natural with charcuterie. Another good job by Bieler.

Melon, honeysuckle, and saline nose carries through to the palate along with light and creamy red fruits. This has a rounder mouthfeel than I expected. Completely delicious and available for under $14.
