This is the 2021 Immortalis Vinas de Altura Priorat - With air, the nose shows black cherry, plum, and minerally licorice. Lean and athletic in the mouth. There is some dark cherry and licorice on the palate as well, and a little peppery heat (even though the alc. is listed only at 14%, which is modest for Priorat.) Acids are present, and the lean finish shows some medium-fine-grained tannin. Pretty nice with food, but a little more challenging by itself.
