Acetone, riverbed, blanched nuts, saline, just ripe citrus. All so fresh and vibrant underpinned by a faint note of raisins. Wicked stuff, short on the finish but would work wonders with some Spanish tapas.

Much like a Sherry. Made of the same grape the solmier tells me. Very nice with the nights swordfish served Mediterranean style with olives, broccolini, and a slight tomato flavor.

Jan 4th, 2017Strong aromas of sherry mislead you into thinking it will be a powerful wine. But surprise! This has more of a Sauvignon Blanc taste with great crispness. The finish brings back lingering flavors of the sherry. A very interesting wine from Spain.
