Soft and dark/tobacco and woody spice (cinnamon?) at the front and nice juicy red plum finish that doesn't sit on the tongue too long. Just sweet enough and easy drinking. Medium body. Medium-high tannins. Great on own. Would go well with chicken or duck, I imagine. Would buy again.
