Deep red to brick color, smells of dark cherry and oak with a hint of vanilla. Has a good acid, and a medium body, tastes of dark cherry, blackberry, oak, vanilla, a bit of leather, tannins are well balanced. Very well priced and is pairing excellent with tonight's home made stew.

Oct 8th, 2020Not the fruitiness I was expecting from a Zin, maybe because it’s old vine material. Oaky.

Mar 28th, 2020Big on black cherry, cedar and mint. A bit tight, but the wine is still in its youth. Dark purple color. Great QPR.

Dec 14th, 2019Plums and cherries on the nose, almost syrupy, medium bodied, dark cherries on the palate. Dry, but not so much that you won’t feel the round tannic sweetness of candied fruit. Adding all this to the long finish makes this wine good by itself. I won’t waste it pairing with any food.
