Tasted blind. Green vegetal, spice, melon, butter ml mouth, called 2015 Spanish. The green was not pleasant but the rest was nice.

Apple, lemon, honey, limestone and hints of butterscotch. Good acidity and balance.

Oct 9th, 2015Minerals, pine, grass, light citrus on nose with herbal waves. Legs consistent with alcohol burn. Seems tight on opening. The nose really never gives way to the fruit. Day two the alcohol burn was a bit more pronounced though the rest of the profile mellowed. Not bad for $15 but I’m hoping it has some age to it. Would love some pairing advice.

Roussanne dominates first sip. Lush creamy fruit. Finish is fresh and fruity. From Grenache Blanc and picpoul. Grapes. It was liking drinking two separate wines. Fun.

Jul 3rd, 2017Surprisingly and very pleasantly rich with acidic and mineral in undertones. Mineral wet stone scent that translates well to the flavor. Very appealing combination of flavors that would be perfect for shellfish!
