Shows hints of passion fruit, caramelized pineapple, and candied orange zest. Medium bodied with zippy acidity; ripe green apple, pear and orange blossom fill the mid palate. Fresh medium finish is soft and inviting.

Banger! Drank like really fine honey wine, or like if Gewürztraminer could even imagine acidity. Hazelnut, royal jelly, even a legume-like fatty character, maybe pea flowers? Truly excellent. I don’t know the vintage, but I assume it was aged.
