Nose of petrol, wet limestone, fresh cut green apple.
Palate has medium RS level, apple skin, minerality is great.

This says it is dry but there’s definitely a touch of RS, which is exactly what I expected and wanted on a hot humid NYC day. Incredibly bright wine with a nice acidic snap.

Not as dry as we had hoped and goes a bit to the apple juice. Overall enjoyable. Goes better with food.

Fresh cut cold apples, elderflower, the aroma of sweetness you might get from a lush glen on a hike, lavender.
Dry Reisling has become one of my favorite varietals because of this bottle that I first had a Michelin Guide restaurant in TriBeCa, called Little Park.
All the wine stores that listed carrying this wine, no longer had it. I finally tracked down the last 7 bottles in a small shop off Bedford Ave in Brooklyn. Of course, you can order the vintage online, but the adventure in the find was worth it.
Like silk, it wraps your whole mouth in a pashmina of well balanced flavor. Dry, sweet, savory, umami.
One of my favorites this summer. Hard to forget.

Pale straw color with hints of green. Aromas or Granny Smith apple, grapefruit, hint of petrol. Great crisp acidity, enters with sweet white nectarines and candied apples, followed by lemon curd and pineapples. Lingering flavors of mild roasted nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts) and asphalt minerality. Very complex and perfect summer wine!
