Koukou (baby chicken in Japanese)

This is a proper Claret.
Color is deep Franc red, and crystal clear (you can read a newspaper through it).
Nice fruitiness on the nose and pallet, Slight hint of herbal keeps an interest, along with a lil grip in the texture. Fantastic warm weather red, 12% abv, drink now.

This needed a night of air in the fridge. I really did not like it, but with a slight chill it is great fruit flavors and stone. A cross between Beaujolais and chinon without the green pepper at all. Very nice.
