Can’t stop won’t stop with broc! First time having this chenin and loved every step definitely a new world Chenin but in all the right ways - fleshy, layered, delish. Think lemon meringue pie with a garnish of sea salt 😋 excellent with pan roasted grouper and the six seasons kale salad which if u have never had that you must!

Feb 14th, 2021Still Chenin is Broc’s racehorse. 2018 is complex, layered, restrained, complete. I remember 2017 having some extra umph. Lean and full of acid, it has more in common with Chablis or Sancerre than Vouvray. Lemon and sea shells, seaweed, and puff of smoke.
