Feb 9th, 2014A lovely chocolate brown color. Not a very beerish nose. Bit of stewed fruit. Flavor is tart, dry and pretty unbeerlike as well. Sour. With some character. It’s a weird brew. If I don’t think of it as beer and more like a cider it’s pretty good.
