Wow did this one age well. Layers of flavor still. Time to drink though, wine was almost all the way up the cork.

Finally a Chardonnay that I like. Beautiful and clean. Lacks oak, butter, and steel. Thank goodness.

Honeydew and some hint of the neutral concrete in which it was kept before time spent in neutral French Oak. Tastes like semi-ripe melon, hint of metal-kissed grass.
