Nose is stunning. Butter, caramel, burnt sugar, so complex. Roasted banana. So complex and mature. Juicy and complex. So tangy and complex . It is 100% mature. But will last 2-3 more years.

Nice older champagne. Quite leesy with very refined and soft bubbles. Rather vinous, in a nice way, with great round acid on the finish. Definitely one to drink up now vs wait any longer!
