Nose hints at blueberry compote, candied hibiscus, and violet, with notes of some kind of woody incense underneath, maybe sweet sandalwood? Beautiful perfume! Palate is smooth, with a velvety texture and tannins that coagulate after you swallow, tighten, and then melt in your tongue, leaving a dry, slightly steak-meaty finish, with hints of tobacco and ash. Afterwards your breath comes out with fresh, ripe real blueberries.
