Grippy and somewhat earthy, approaching my threshold for brett but stopping just shy. The bret is actually well integrated and doesn’t suffocate some complexities... dark, overripe fruit that’s revealed over time (sour cherry?). Could use a bit of time to open and was good with a flat iron steak 😬
