Katherine's Vineyard Chardonnay

Full bodied, lots of oak, yet delicate fruit flavors. Not creamy like CA chards can be (I don’t like them to be thick). Delicious and complex.

Straw with aromas of nice ripe fruit and spice notes. On the palate peach and tropical fruit flavors with a big jolt of citrus and oak. Well balanced lingering finish ending with wet mineral stone. Nice value.

Cracked open this Chard to go with some light nibbles.

Plenty of fruit but heavy on the oak

Bright with low acidity. Sweet peaches and honey linger. Surprisingly soft, but not creamy. Great for summer night sips.

Might be my new fav Chard! Love stronger butter flavors but this has a great hard dry taste that lasts! Love the slight oak flavor.

With chicken, balsamic mushrooms and cavatelli in cream sauce.
