We drank the 2012 in 2024, and it was starting to show its age. A little bit of sherry color was creeping into the palate, muting the fruit. But still delightful!

After 10 years this is developing some nice nutty depth to go with its clean and racy feel. Tight mousse, and perfect to kick off our New Year’s Eve eve dinner sand our salmon roe and chive appetizer.
