Surprisingly youthful. Fantastic aromas of beeswax, lanolin and lemon. Shows richness from Semillon and crisp acidity from the supporting cast. You know, just your classic semillon, muscadelle and palomino blend. Delicious at 8 years. Should hold for a couple more but too yummy now to risk it

Who says red wine winemakers can't make white! Oily and rich but fresh- blind I might have guessed deiss pinot blanc. Cool wine from old semillon, muscadelle and palomino.

2012. Delicate, with honey and white pineapple and a fetching minerality. Needs to be off-cold to show its best.
