Merlot fronted Bordeaux blend from Santa Ynez (43% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon). Much better with time to breath. Mixed berry fruit, tobacco, and subtle black licorice. Acidity stands firms and outshines tannins on the palate. Super fresh and juicy forest fruits pervade. Think pasta or grilled chicken pairing. Cool label artwork too!
