Barbera d'Alba

Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black fruit, leather, wet soil and graphite. Black cherry/berry/plum fruit flavors with notes of black licorice, coffee and a light hint of oak. Long, savory and smooth finish. Fruit forward, medium-plus bodied and a velvety texture. A bit light on acidity which makes the wine slightly out of balance.
