Vintage 2010 | True to type Cabernet Sauvignon: cassis, spicyness, vanilla, multi-layered. Popped and poured I found it rather light. Second day paired with tenderloin and paksoi Cantonese style, my appreciation grew. Elegant wine (I like to compare it in future next to a Margaux). Comforting warmth and some chocolate expression. I do think it is overpriced imo.
