Traditional Chianti Classico recommended by my son Derek. 90% Sangiovese 7% Canalolo 3% Colorino. Very good from 2010 vintage grown in Mansanto.

Some reduction but drinking well. The fruit is riper than in other bottles of this I've tried.

For a young CCR, this is doing really well. Red fruit comes forward with a backbone of dried leather, flowers and earth. All around food pairing wine indeed.
