Full and snappy. Tangy, ripe citrus. Muscular texture. Reminds me of bone dry Riesling. 100% Malvasia de Sitges.

Minerally, ripe citrus, saline, beach vibes, high acidity. There's a cheese rind and green-ness to this wine that kind of reminds me of a Sancerre. Delicious with anything!!
