2013 vintage. Pairing with a home grilled Dry aged Irish beef burger.
Great combi. The spicyness and the lush in this Priorat wine go well with the smokyness and umami of the the home made burger sauce.

Always delivering this Embruix from Vall Llach. Wood, cherrie, chocolate milk, plumb and figues. Well balanced ins weet and sour.

Drank this over 4 days and each day it showed me something new. Beautiful dark fruit with a touch of blueberry now and then. Smokey finish. Even some crushed rocks on day two. Really complex and just delicious!

Somm was very impressed with winemaker that "tamed" this varietal. Good but not amazed.

Excellent!!! Well balanced and approachable. The Merlot and Syrah balances out the cab and Grenache. Does not taste like its 15.5. Extremely drinkable and complex. Go to wine. Ageable as well. Amazing price point. Outstanding on all fronts.
