Tasted blind. Deep black cherry cough drops with cedar and mint: not unexpected in a Syrah. A hint of barnyard says Rhône to me. On the palate a very nice spicy black pepper note rides above the cherry fruit. I'm guessing Grenache. High acid, medium tannins. Tasty.

Nose: Red cherry, raspberry, black plum...all ripe. Black pepper, clove, mace...spicy melange, for sure. Barnyard!
Palate: Silky tannins. Raspberry and cherry. Flowery/dried herbal and peppery spice. Nice length.
