I tasted this at Chanin, followed by the fantastic Sanford & Benedict Chardonnay, After spending time with a bottle, the Los Alamos revealed so much more than in a 2 oz taste. Almost seemed to be different layers opening up with each passing minute. Citrus fruits, stony acidity, even a little smokiness. Delicious and beguiling.
