In order to let Erostratus set the palate alight you need to let this sit for 30 mins. This is a classic St. Emilion with a sanguine look, light smell and a simple structure... It is very nice with a prime rib of roast beef and the full spread...When family give a bottle I wonder the motivation- empty a rack or give a gift..
