Raspberry, graphite, cherry, and an ashy finish. A little green pepper on the nose early on but opens to a lot of fruit and mineral. Deep earth and mineral with serious structure. Enjoyable now but definitely needs a little time.

Look at my pretty little non-staged photo with the leaning tower of cork. This is a mocha/cocoa dust master. Love the mouthfeel. I might not eat anything tonight so I can just let the taste buds dance on that for the next couple hours.
