Mellow. Well structured for a cab franc. Little bit of cab sauv? Cherry notes come through a mineral rich nose.

This man in his funny hat is trying to sell me a bottle full of stems, Bing cherries, roses & dirty dirt. And I'm buying it. #chinon #cabernetfranc

Always liked this producer of Chinon. Perfect with Moroccan food too.

Raspberry, graphite, cherry, and an ashy finish. A little green pepper on the nose early on but opens to a lot of fruit and mineral. Deep earth and mineral with serious structure. Enjoyable now but definitely needs a little time.

Look at my pretty little non-staged photo with the leaning tower of cork. This is a mocha/cocoa dust master. Love the mouthfeel. I might not eat anything tonight so I can just let the taste buds dance on that for the next couple hours.

Delicate nose, a little spikey tartness but finishes nicely other than something slightly metallic.

Cherry, tomato stems, graphite and wet earth. My kind of cab franc.
