Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Someone left this bottle and I opened tonight. Was actually expecting less, but opened up to an enjoyable glass. Dark ruby red. Black fruit, herbs, cedar. Smooth, but some heat that follows at the end. Decent weeknight bottle. Definitely improves with air.

Was really impressed at first sip. Incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced. Jack and I both loved it.

Very true and very well done wine.

Mostly black currant and cocoa powder. Some vanilla on the back end. Tannins are there, but barely noticeable. Pretty smooth and easy to drink all around. Could work with or without food.
