This is a nice Napa Cabernet. Still young and needs another few years in the bottle to mature properly.
Showing black fruits with earth chocolates tobacco spices oak vegetables and peppercorn.
Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

Young pup for sure, but fruit is blackcherry and blackberry, mint, peppercorn, jalapeño, baking spices...acid still present...quite nice and easy
