Eve Washington State Chardonnay

No new oak, partial barrel fermentation. Aged sur lie. Still shows good fruit while be acid-balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Another bargain.

I would call it old world in style for sure. Reserved oak allowing the fruit and minerality to take center stage

Solid, solid chard for the money. Not creamy or buttery, like a macon-village with a little less acid. This would be a great house white.

More of a gimmick than anything else. It's a bitter Chardonnay that pretends to benefit from the influence of oak. I'm sure it'll sell just fine though...

White Burgandy nose, showing caramel, raw cashew with the same coming through on the palate. Delish. Paired with pizza Demi duele

Liked the first few sips but after that it remained minerally.

Not too oaky, light flavor!
