Côte de Besset Saint-Amour Gamay

Nice Cru Beaujolais! Dark ruby/purple color. Aromas of black fruit, purple flowers and dry earth. Flavors of blackberry, black raspberry and minerals. Definitive note of carbonic maceration. Hint of black pepper spice on the medium-plus (and very earthy) finish. Extremely smooth tannins and bright acidity. Quite complex. Medium-minus bodied, pleasant texture and very chillable.
