Still too young, leave alone for quite some time.

Deep Ruby with pronounced aroma intensity showing black fruits, toasty and Haney notes. On the palate flavors of black currant & blackberry, jammy, with vanilla spice and cedar notes. Biting tannins on long finish that still had plenty of room to age. Nice. Tasting Sample.

Good structure and could use a little more time (2010), but excellent value ($15 for half bottle)! Dark fruits and touches of oak.

A fine French Bordeaux, drank with homemade pulled pork

Far from approachable at present. Certainly at a closed period in its life; you can sense the fruit lingering in there somewhere but for now it's barricaded in by a savoury, somewhat chewy, tannic defence. There's potential, but this doesn't seem to quite live up to the vintage's expectations, particularly where left-bank wines are concerned.

Too young to taste the potential. Acidity overpowering but was pnp.

Classic barnyard nose! Smoke, tobacco, pencil shavings, and mild cherry. Very nice and not over powering. I think European wines definitely taste better in Europe! Conspiracy????
