Surprisingly austere & closed. Needs a lot of time to slowly open up.
Crunchy & sappy black currant, black currant leaf, green pepper.
On the palate this remains fresh, with sappy acidity and a strong (polished yet strong) tannic grip. Austere yet (with food!) delicious.
