My first white Beaucastel and my first white proper Rhône. Light golden. Rich, unctuous. I get the dried fruit and fruit skins. Hard overall for me to describe. Too much going on and I don’t have the words for it. Loved it overall.

First time trying this, very good. Golden honey like color with a hint of that on the nose and some apple. It drinks with more mineral overtones but it also has a butter hint. Not a buttery oak like a Cali chard but like butter! I guess that is the roussane. Very fun and tasty bottle

Wonderful- took 1/2 to 1 hr and opened up nicely. Even my wife liked. Which is good?
