Strangely flat of flavor. Sweetness from aroma then a tart sensation and something of slightly bitter fruit. Just a refreshing drink; nothing objectionable.

Pre-Thanksgiving wine with raclette. It was ok at first, but had a very disappointing boozy finish 😖 Not a great Provence, but no one complained except me.
