St. Émilion Grand Cru Merlot Blend

Dark with an inner sweetness. Red on finish. Good grip. Certainly gives the impression that this could have long legs in the cellar.

Going on a 3 hour decant. This is awesome. Just a wisp of menthol, herbs, dark chocolate, dark fruit, sweet smelling flowers and maybe even a dash of licorice. TGIF!!!!

On the dryer side with a bit of spice at the end

Great wine from Bordeaux for this $35 price range. Hints of menthol and cinnamon. Still young, fresh, and acidic. Try it again in about 3-5 years.

Smooth, easy drinking bordeaux (not much merlot mouth feel)
